It’s best to book as early as possible once you know your trip details. For peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays), booking 3–6 months in advance is recommended for the best availability and pricing. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible (we can often accommodate short-notice requests), but availability may be limited and pricing may be higher than normal– especially for large buses or during busy periods. In short: the sooner you reserve your bus, the more choices you’ll have and the more peace of mind you’ll get.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. If you find yourself needing a bus with just a few days (or even hours) of notice, give us a call immediately. Our team is available 24/7 and will check our availability. If a bus and driver are free, we can often arrange a quick turnaround. Keep in mind that last-minute rentals may be subject to availability of drivers and vehicles, so your options (bus size or type) might be more limited. It’s always better to book early, but we understand plans can change – we’re here to help in emergencies or unexpected situations whenever possible.

Absolutely. We offer private rentals, so your bus will follow the itinerary you design. One of the biggest advantages of chartering a bus is the flexibility to customize your route and schedule. You can plan multiple stops for sightseeing, meal breaks, pickups/drop-offs, etc.

We can accommodate trips of virtually any length. Typically, there is a 3 or 4 hour minimum charge for rentals, however, we can get custom packages for one-way, multiple-day trips just let us know!

Yes, we specialize in long-distance and multi-day charters. If your itinerary spans several days – we will allocate a bus and driver to stay with your group for the entire journey. Multi-day rentals are typically priced per day or as a package for the whole trip. You will need to provide accommodation for the driver each night on multi-day trips. Just be aware of travel time: if a destination is very far, we may incorporate an overnight stop or second driver per federal driver hours regulations.

You can book one-way trips. Common scenarios include: an airport or cruise port transfer where the bus trip is only needed one direction, or taking a group to an event in another city without needing a return (for instance, dropping a team at a tournament and they have other travel back). Note on pricing: One-way trips are priced factoring in that return time/distance as well, since our bus must get back home.

Yes, we can handle groups of all sizes. We have the largest selection of buses in CITY and can deploy as many as needed. We’ve handled events with dozens of buses, so capacity is not an issue. When booking, let us know the total headcount. We’ll advise on how many buses and what sizes are ideal. Sometimes a combination of vehicles works best (e.g., two full-size 56-passenger coaches and one smaller 30-passenger bus for overflow or VIPs). All buses will be coordinated to work together: we can assign a lead driver and have the buses travel in a convoy if going long-distance, or stagger them for shuttle loops. You’ll get a single point-of-contact from our team to manage the logistics of a multi-bus rental, ensuring everyone arrives on time.

We offer a range of bus types to fit different group sizes. The main categories are:

  • Full-Size Charter Buses (Motorcoaches): These are the large coaches you typically see touring around. They generally seat 50 to 56 passengers comfortably (our standard coaches have 56 seats). If you have a big group, this is the go-to option. These buses are about 45 feet long with ample legroom and high-back reclining seats.
  • Minibuses and Shuttles: For smaller groups, we have minibuses that seat anywhere from 18 up to 35 passengers. Common sizes are 25-passenger and 30-passenger minibuses. These are great for shuttling wedding guests, corporate teams, or any group that doesn’t require a full coach. They are more compact (easier to maneuver in city streets) but still offer cushioned seats and AC.
  • Party Buses: We have party buses seating 10-50 people with fantastic amenities like comfortable seating, LED Ambient Lighting, Laser and Strobe Lights, Illuminated Dance Floors, Fiber Optic “Star” Lighting, AUX/Bluetooth sound systems, bars, Luxurious Wrap-Around Seating, Tinted Windows & Privacy Curtains, Coolers, Ice Bins & Glassware, Mini-Fridge, Cup Holders, and sometimes even an Onboard Restroom, and Wi-Fi & Charging ports.
  • Other Vehicle Options: If needed, we can also provide smaller sprinter vans or even school buses (for local school events) through partners, but our primary fleet consists of the comfortable coaches and minibuses described above. For very large movements, we simply use multiple buses rather than one ultra-large vehicle.

No matter the bus size, when you book with us, the vehicle is exclusively for your group (it’s not a public bus or shared with strangers). We’ll match you with the right size bus based on your passenger count, making sure no one has to stand and you have a bit of extra room if desired.

Yes, almost all large coaches are equipped with an onboard restroom. The restroom is typically located at the back of the bus, and it’s a compact but functional space. It has a toilet and usually a small sink or hand sanitizer dispenser. These restrooms are mainly for convenience during the journey – we do still encourage groups to make use of rest stops for extended needs, as the onboard facilities are small. Party buses and minibuses may or may not, they vary.

Absolutely. All vehicles are equipped with climate control systems, including powerful air conditioning and heating for cooler days or early mornings. The interior temperature will be set to a comfortable level by the driver. On large charter buses, each passenger seat typically has an individual air vent overhead – you can adjust your vent to direct more or less cool air on you as needed. The buses are designed to keep everyone cool even when it’s humid and 90°F outside; conversely, on a chilly day, the heater will keep the cabin warm. We ask that passengers keep the main door closed when we’re parked with AC on (to maintain the cool temperature). If you have any specific preferences (some groups like it cooler, some warmer), you can always ask the driver to make small adjustments.

Yes, Wi-Fi and power outlets are available on most newer charter buses. We know staying connected and charged is important, so we outfit our coaches with these amenities whenever possible:

  • Wi-Fi: Many buses come with free onboard Wi-Fi so passengers can use the internet during the trip. This Wi-Fi works via a cellular network (4G/LTE or 5G) and is great for checking emails, browsing the web, and social media. You can stream music or videos as well, though keep in mind bandwidth may be limited if a lot of people are streaming at once. (If having Wi-Fi is critical – for example, a group of business travelers needing constant access – let us know so we can ensure the assigned bus has a strong hotspot or even arrange a dedicated device
  • Power Outlets & USB Chargers: Most modern coaches have 110V power outlets (standard household plug sockets) and/or USB charging ports at each seat row. Often it’s one outlet per two seats (so, two people can share) and USB ports possibly for each seat. This allows everyone to charge phones, tablets, or even plug in a laptop. If you walk onto the bus, you’ll typically find the outlets either beneath each seat pair or on the side wall near your legs. On minibuses, outlets are increasingly common as well, but if you specifically need outlets on a smaller bus, mention it to our rep to ensure that amenity.

Long trips fly by thanks to the entertainment options on our buses:

  • TV Monitors: Full-size charter coaches usually have multiple drop-down or mounted TV screens throughout the cabin (for example, a 56-passenger bus might have 4–6 monitors spaced out every few rows). These can be used to play movies or videos.
  • DVD/Blu-ray Player: Large buses can come with a DVD player hooked up to the monitors. If you bring some DVDs (or even a Blu-ray on newer models), you can have a movie marathon or play a training video for your group. Some buses also accept USB drives or have an SD card slot for media. If you have content on a laptop, often we can connect it via HDMI or composite cables to the bus’s system (let us know in advance if you plan to do this, so we can confirm the bus has the right input).
  • Audio / PA System: Large charter buses have a PA (public address) system with a microphone. This is useful if a tour guide or group leader wants to speak to everyone – you can narrate sights, give instructions, or have some fun karaoke moments. The microphone is usually at the front by the driver, and the sound broadcasts over the bus speakers. As for music, the driver’s console typically can play AM/FM radio and has an AUX input or Bluetooth, so you could play a playlist from a phone through the bus speakers. Some of our coaches have more advanced sound systems (even subwoofers for richer sound).

We can absolutely provide ADA-accessible buses upon request. If you have passengers who use wheelchairs or have mobility impairments, let us know and we will dispatch a coach equipped with a wheelchair lift. These accessible buses have specialized equipment and features, such as:

  • Wheelchair Lift: A power lift at the side door that can raise a wheelchair user from ground level into the coach safely.
  • Securement Areas: Inside the bus, there are designated spaces where wheelchairs can be securely locked down using straps and anchor points, so the passenger remains stable during transit. Typically, a full-size coach can accommodate 1–2 wheelchairs (each secured in its own area after some seats are folded up or removed).
  • ADA Seating and Aisles: Accessible coaches have wider aisles and grab handles to help folks move through the bus. They also often have a “kneeling” feature (the bus can lower its front end to reduce the first step height).
  • Priority Seating: The front rows can be reserved for any individuals with mobility issues for easier access.

When booking, please mention how many wheelchair users or persons with disabilities will be traveling. We usually require at least a 48-hour notice to guarantee an ADA bus (to coordinate one from the fleet if it’s not already assigned), but we’ll do our best even last-minute.

Charter buses are built for serious storage capacity – you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised by how much gear we can carry. For a full-size 56-passenger motorcoach, there are two types of storage:

  • Undercarriage Luggage Bays: These are the large compartments underneath the passenger deck, accessed from outside. They span almost the length of the bus on both sides. Collectively, a coach bus can have around 300–500 cubic feet of underfloor storage. In practical terms, that means roughly one full-size suitcase per passenger (sometimes more). For example, 50 passengers could stow 50 large suitcases in the bays without issue, plus additional medium bags.
  • Overhead Compartments: Inside the bus above the seats, you’ll find overhead storage bins (similar to airplane carry-on bins). These are perfect for carry-on sized bags, backpacks, purses, jackets, etc. They aren’t as huge as airplane bins but can fit a small duffel or daypack for each passenger. It keeps the coach clutter-free since people can tuck their personal items overhead rather than at their feet.

Definitely—use the AUX/Bluetooth for audio or the HDMI/USB inputs for video on the cabin monitors.

Charter bus pricing might seem a bit mysterious at first, but it generally comes down to a few key factors:

  • Trip Distance / Mileage: How far are you traveling? Longer trips that cover more miles will cost more in fuel and wear, so distance is a big factor. A day trip going hundreds of miles will be priced higher than a local 20-mile shuttle, for example. Sometimes we price by the mile for long-distance trips.
  • Duration of Service: How long do you need the bus (hours or days)? We might charge an hourly rate with a minimum (for local usage) or a day rate (for full-day or multi-day trips). If you keep the bus all day (even if not driving the whole time), that’s factored in because the driver’s time is involved. Multi-day trips will include the driver’s days on duty.
  • Bus Size/Type: The type of vehicle can affect price. Full-size coaches generally cost more to operate than minibuses (more fuel, larger vehicle, etc.), so a 56-passenger bus usually has a higher rate than a 25-passenger minibus. However, it’s often marginal on a per-person basis. Special luxury coaches or party buses might have premium pricing.
  • Date and Time: Demand can influence price. Peak season or special events (e.g., around major holidays, big events might have higher rates due to limited fleet availability. Likewise, weekends are often more in demand than weekdays. We try to maintain consistent pricing, but if all buses are nearly booked, market rates can go up. Late-night or very early morning trips may sometimes incur a slight premium if they require odd-hour operations.
  • Distance from Our Base / Deadhead: If your pickup point is far from the buses’ home base, sometimes we charge for the “deadhead” mileage/time to get the bus to you and back after drop-off. We usually incorporate that into the quote.
  • Duration (Single Day vs Multi-Day): Multi-day trips involve providing a driver with per diem and lodging, etc. So a 5-day trip is basically the daily rate * 5, plus driver’s hotel. Extended use might get some discounted rate vs separate single days, depending on utilization.
  • Special Requests: Optional add-ons might affect price slightly. For example, if you specifically request an onboard Wi-Fi upgrade with extra bandwidth, or a very new model luxury bus, we’ll factor in if there’s an extra cost. Similarly, if you want a second driver (for non-stop overnight travel), that adds to cost.

Each quote we provide is tailored to the specifics you give us. We don’t have a flat per-hour price for every scenario because a 5-hour local charter is very different from a 5-hour distance trip or a 3-day tour with 500 miles. The good news is charter buses often turn out to be cost-effective compared to other modes (on a per-person basis, it can beat airfare or multiple cars, especially when you fill the seats).
